A DOZEN DYNAMIC DON'TS

FOR   PEOPLE   WHO   ARE   LOOKING   FOR  JOBS

1. Don't pound the pavements. Have a job hunting plan.

2.         Don't take an abused attitude on the job-hunt. It kills your chances.

3.         Don't pass up a little job or a temporary job. It's a start back.

4.    Don't forget that personality counts far more than experience. Pep yours up.

5.         Don't be wordy, vague or rambling. The clear cut thinker is his own best reference.

6.         Don't play with your purse, your pencil or your paper.  Nervous mannerisms have lost many a job.

7.         Don't slump as you sit or you walk. Make your posture depict success.

8.         Don't be conspicuous in dress or demeanor. You may attract attention, but seldom the job.

p. 255

12.         Don't think of your needs but of what the employer needs. He does the hiring
